Steamtown National Historic Site in nearby Downtown Scranton is offering a Holiday Express' Steam Train Excursion to Moscow in the Pocono Mountains! Write your "Dear Santa letter, bring it with you to drop into a special "North Pole mailbox or simply give it to Santa, and then join in the merriment and festivities at Moscow's restored passenger station and freight house! Members of the Lackawanna & Wyoming Valley Chapter of the NRHS will also provide a variety of fun activities at Moscow.
The excursion will depart the Steamtown boarding platform in Downtown Scranton at 11:00am on Saturday.
Ticket reservations are required and may be obtained by phoning (570) 340-5204 during business hours daily.
To find Steamtown in Scranton from I-81, use exit 185 (Central Scranton Expressway) and follow the signs to the main entrance at Lackawanna and Cliff avenues.
