The Appalachian Fiddle & Bluegrass Association (AFBA) invites you to their Bluegrass Shindig at the Beethoven Waldhelm Club, a short drive from the Poconos at 1984 Waldhelm Road in Hellertown.
The featured performers today are Pocono Mountain favorites The Mill Creek Boys.
The doors open at 10:00am and the show starts at 12:30pm.
Admission is $7, children under 12 free.
The Beethoven Waldhelm Club offers reasonably-priced food & beverages; no coolers please.
Bring your own instruments for continuous jam sessions throughout the building! The indoor Shindigs are held on the 2nd Sunday each month, October through April.
Directions to Shindigs: From Rt.
80 to Rt.
33 south to Rt.
78 west, exit at Hellertown.
At end of ramp, turn left onto Main St.
(Rt.
412S).
Go 3 miles to Leithsville Fire Co.
and turn right on Flint Hill Road.
Travel 1/3 mile to Waldhelm Road (on right see club sign), continue past a short distance then turn right into the parking lot.
