WYOMING, LUZERNE COUNTY- A police officer from Wyoming Borough is on the other side of the law.

John Broda, 36, of West Wyoming, was arraigned on several charges Friday morning.

The charges stem from a 1998 incident, where police say Broda seized a stolen Suzuki dirt bike during a police pursuit and ended up giving the bike to his brother in law.

Broda is free on his own recognizance.
