Recipe Amaretto Creme on Fresh Fruit (Dessert)

Required Ingredients:

• 4 egg yolks
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon amaretto or other almond liqueur
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Fresh fruit

Preparing/Cooking:

• COMBINE first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan; gradually add milk, whisking until smooth.
• COOK over low heat, whisking constantly, 10 minutes or until thickened.
• Remove mixture from heat; stir in amaretto and vanilla.
• COVER and chill.
• Serve over fresh fruit.
